Don't worry, the coverage is valid for 3 months. For any inquiries, please contact us at contact.assurances@decathlon.com.

My contract is expiring soon: how do I report my claim?

Rest assured, we will take into account the date of the claim report, not the expiration date of your contract.

I filed a claim: what should I do now?

You need to wait for our response. Our team is committed to responding to you as soon as possible.

I want to activate my insurance but I'm having trouble.

Please send us the receipt for the insurance purchase and your equipment by email at contact.assurances@decathlon.com, and we will activate your contract. Rest assured, your contract is valid from the date of purchase (if the insurance is listed on your receipt).

I received a voucher after my bike was stolen. Can I use it on decathlon.fr? How long is the voucher valid?

Yes, you can use it on decathlon.fr. Your voucher is valid for 2 years in all our Decathlon stores.
